As you can see I already tried… here you can see some sketches [link] and here you can see the final outcome [link] . She looks nice, but somehow, she doesn’t really feel like… me.

And I think getting an OC is getting more and more important ( to me atleast )
The people I watch usually have OC´s, which is important since I see more and more things like this:
- A drawing of your OC as a prize for a contest
- You have to draw someone´s OC or sometimes even his/her OC together with your OC
- OC's are used to show friendship by drawing your OC and your friends OC together as friends.

And also, and this point lays pretty close to the last point of the list I made...
Your OC here on deviantART is used to represent you. If people want to draw YOU in a drawing, for example
because they want to make a drawing with all their DA friends on it, or something like that.

Yet that doesn't completely mean in my opinion, that your OC always is completely as you are.
You're OC is the way people sometimes see you ( it depends on if you talk about your Oc as yourself, or your
character )

So I want to create a good personal OC, and I want to use the combination in her appearance, of black and
bright coloured clothing.



Now for the people who are still reading, here kinda stops my "important" ranting, about me and my view on
OC's, for those who want to hear about my deeper view on deviantART, OC's and such... follow the white rabbit
with the watch...
(I'm referring to the rabbit of Alice in wonderland since the rest of my journal is my weird view on deviantART
and such in which you might feel like Alice entering the weird wonderland of my idea's )

The great thing about deviantART is, that it gives me the opinion to be the person I want to be.
( For the people who are familiar with Shugo Chara, you could see this as me seeing the opportunity to be "my
would be self" or "true self" )

I have no idea how you people see me on deviantART... I wish to be seen as a nice and helpful person,
confident, funny, a good Christian and also I wish to a friend.
I wish I could be seen like that, but in real life it seems almost impossible, I'm a very shy and insecure person, and on top of that, I have autism... or maybe it's my autism that keeps me from being the person I want to be.

My autism makes that sometimes pretty normal things can make me very tired, especially things with a lot of
noise and a lot of people, but also seeing very much like, for example in a museum can make me very tired.
And when I'm tired I sometimes become the opposite of the what I want to be: I become, moody selfish, rude, uncaring,
etc.
Also because of my autism, I don't always understand people, it's one of the reasons I don't like being around
people, I'm that if I misunderstand someone I will say something stupid, or even hurt someone's feelings.
( Although someone pointed out, that a lot of my problems aren't necessarily caused by my autism, but rather by my insecurity, which is good news, since I should be able to overcome my insecurity )

Anyway, I don't have to face a lot of these troubles here on DA:
If I'm too tired, I just won't come on DA, I won't be rude, mean, uncaring, etc to anyone.
If someone says something or asks something I can read it over, and think about it, so I can make sure I won't say the wrong things ( off course I still sometimes misunderstand people, but I guess everyone does from time to time )
This way I have here on DA the opportunity to try to be the person I want to be.

( And making an OC will kinda give my "would be self" an visual appearance. )
